St. Paul's

Service

In serving God and his people we live by faith active in love. Our congregation visits the sick, the infirm, and the imprisoned, ministers to the poor and the distressed, and serves as Christians in all institutions and structures of society. The congregation cooperates with the synod and the church wide agencies of the ELCA and other groups in society. We strive to strengthen the motivation and ability for service in our community and beyond. There are many ways to serve using our gifts and talents, and we encourage you to join in our mission.

Coffee and conversation

Fellowship Team

Through food and fun the Fellowship Team provides opportunities for greater community among members and friends. The Fellowship Team plays a large part in assisting and coordinating gatherings and receptions in our congregation. We also hold other events throughout the year such as Lenten Soup Suppers, Cookies at the Cross during the summer months and hot chocolate and homemade cookies after our Christmas Barn Service.

Men in Mission

Several times a year our Men in Mission group provides a delicious Sunday morning breakfast as a fundraiser for the purpose of supporting missions locally and throughout the world.  Recently we have supported the work of Lutheran World Relief during the crisis in Ukraine and addressing poverty and healthcare in Haiti.
